PAUL M. SILVESTRI
Mr. Paul Silvestri's practice focuses on defending insurance policyholders and carriers in cases involving property damage, slip and fall and auto accident injury. He began his legal career litigating in State and Federal Courts representing corporate and individual clients in real property, contract and bankruptcy disputes.
In 2016, Mr. Silvestri was elected to represent the 6th Circuit of the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors. He is also an active member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, St. Petersburg Bar Foundation, and the Barney Masterson American Inn of Court, an organization comprised of local attorneys and judges in both the private and public sector, having served on the executive board.
Mr. Silvestri received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from The Florida State University. He is a member of the Phi Theta Fraternity, where he served as the Chapter President. At FSU he was a member of the Garnet & Gold Key Honorary Society, the Order of Omega Leadership & Academic Honorary Society and served as a justice of the Interfraternity Council Judicial Board.
In 2017, he was awarded a Gerald Bennet Scholarship by the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar to attend the Advanced International Trial Advocacy Program at Keble College, Oxford, England - a week long course described as “the most demanding and intensive of any advocacy course in the UK.”
